Arsenal plot surprise move for Hoffenheim sensation

Arsenal are apparently linked with a summer offer for Hoffenheim midfielder Roberto Firmino, according to The Metro.

  • The Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has been on keen on strengthening the squad in all departments this summer, as he aims to take the club to the next level and challenge for the Premier League title in the forthcoming season.

    The Metro claims that the North London outfit are now willing to strengthen the attack front, and are ready to spend a fee of around £8m to sign Hoffenheim attacker Roberto Firmino.

    Chelsea and Liverpool are also reckoned to be interested in the Brazilian midfielder.
