Galatasaray coach Cesare Prandelli has ruled out a transfer for Arsenal forward Lukas Podolski. There had been rumours yesterday that the German World Cup winner was a target for the Turkish giants.
Prandelli has told his board that he is not interested in a move for the German striker, despite reports that the player could be sold by Arsenal this summer. With the arrival of Alexis Sanchez, there remains some uncertainty about the long term future of Podolski at the Emirates Stadium.
Podolski's former club FC Koln are believed to be considering a move for the talented forward.
