Southampton manager Ronald Koeman will try to push through a deal for Feyenoord defensive midfielder Jordy Clasie before the end of the transfer window. The 23-year-old is valued at around 10 million euros.
The immensely talented midfielder, who already has 10 caps to his name, is set for a move to England and will sign a four year contract at St Mary's.
The 5 foot 7 starlet had also attracted the interest of numerous Spanish sides, including Valencia, who had made an enquiry for the player last week.
The player will arrive in England for talks on Sunday evening.
