Mexican striker Javier Hernandez has moved yet one more step closer to a move to Real Madrid. A fee has reportedly been agreed with Manchester United, reportedly valued at around 15 million euros.

  • Manager Louis Van Gaal is expected to be busy today clearing up his squad for the remainder of the campaign, and after selling Shinji Kagawa back to his former club Borussia Dortmund yesterday, a move away for Hernandez is now expected.

The Mexican forward has been deemed surplus to requirements and is currently fourth place striker in the pecking order at Old Trafford, behind Robin van Persie and Wayne Rooney.

Real Madrid have been busy dropping hints that they have made an approach for the striker this week.
