Italian giants AS Roma are apparently keen on signing up Liverpool full-back Glen Johnson, according to a report.
The England international is considering his future at Anfield, following stall in talks over a new contract.
Juventus have also been associated with the player's services, but The Mirror claims that the Capital club have moved ahead in the race and will make a bid of around £2m for the England defender.
Johnson faced severe criticism from the club's faithful following his dismal performance in the 3-0 defeat to Manchester City last month.
