French giants Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly set to provide competition to Liverpool in the race to sign French international Karim Benzema.
Benzema had been the subject of transfer speculation this summer, until he signed a new long-term deal at Real Madrid.
However, Fichajes.net claims that Real manager Carlo Ancelotti could be prepared for another overhaul next summer, and the former Lyon man could be among those exiting the club.
It is understood that Les Parisiens are keen on signing Benzema as they are prepared to lose Edinson Cavani in the near future.
Meanwhile, Liverpool are believed to be in the market for a top-class striker, in spite of signing Mario Balotelli from AC Milan recently.
