The Czech international is disillusioned with life at Stamford Bridge following manager Jose Mourinho's decision to replace him with Thibaut Courtois for the number one spot.

According to The Express, the Serie A giants have opened up talks with the Blues over the potential transfer of Cech to the club in January.

Cech has made just two appearances for the West London club this season.
