Manchester United have been speculated to have agreed on a deal that would see Radamel Falcao join the club on a permanent basis.
The Colombian international joined the Red Devils on a season-long loan deal from AS Monaco over the summer, with an option to make the move a permanent one at the end of the season.
According to Goal.com, United boss Louis van Gaal has been impressed by Falcao's performances, and will finance his permanent switch to the club at the end of the season.
The report adds that the Red Devils will pay a fee in the region of £44m to secure the services of the talented marksman next summer.
