Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere looks set to miss at least three months of first-team action with an ankle injury, according to The Mirror.
The England international hobbled off the field during his side's 2-1 home defeat at the hands of Manchester United following a challenge by Paddy McNair.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger had revealed yesterday that the 22-year-old could be out for sometime.
The Mirror now claims the midfield star could miss a minimum of eight weeks of competitive football regardless of whether he needs a surgery or not.
Wilshere has made 14 appearances for Arsenal this season.
