Premier League giants Arsenal and Liverpool could fight it out for the services of Mexican international Javier Hernandez next summer, according to a report.
The 26-year-old joined Real Madrid on a season-long loan from Manchester United in the summer.
According to The Star, Hernandez is unlikely to sign a permanent contract at the Bernabeu.
The report adds that the Gunners and the Reds are both lining up bids of around £12m for the talented striker.
Hernandez has notched up four goals for Los Blancos this season.
