Chelsea defender Ryan Bertrand looks set to sign a permanent contract at Southampton in the upcoming transfer window, The Mirror reports.
The 25-year-old joined the Saints on a season-long loan from the Blues over the summer, having fallen out-of-favour under manager Jose Mourinho.
According to The Mirror, Saints boss Ronald Koeman has been impressed with the defender's showing this season, and the South Coast club are ready to make his move permanent in either January or at the end of the season.
Bertrand has made 19 appearances for the Saints this season.
