Toronto FC have reportedly offered Liverpool a chance to sign Jermaine Defoe in the current transfer window.
The England international has been constantly linked with a return to the Premier League in recent months, with the likes of Hull City and Queens Park Rangers interested in his services.
According to The Telegraph, the MLS outfit are not keen on a loan deal, and are ready to sell off their star player for a fee in the region of £6m in January.
Defoe joined Toronto FC from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2013.
