Chelsea are reportedly willing to break their transfer record by huge margins to secure the services of legendary Barcelona star Lionel Messi next summer.
The Star reports that the Blues will look to lure the talented Argentine to West London by matching the player's release clause which currently stands at a whopping £200m.
