Manchester United have reportedly ignited interest in Bayern Munich striker Thomas Muller following rumours that he could leave the Bavarian giants during the winter transfer window.
The World Cup winner was strongly associated with a switch to Old Trafford over the summer, but decided to stay put at the German champions.
According to The Express, the 25-year-old is keen on a fresh challenge away from the Bundesliga, and his agent has made contact with Real Madrid regarding a potential move.
The report adds that the Red Devils are also keen on signing the talented striker and could launch an offer for his services once his intentions are made clear.
