Bafetimbi Gomis hints at Swansea City exit

French international Bafetimbi Gomis has admitted that he could leave Swansea City before the conclusion of the winter transfer window.

The talented striker joined the Swans from Lyon on a free transfer over the summer and has since then failed to secure a starting berth.

Gomis has now revealed that he could be forced to seek pastures elsewhere should he continue to warm the bench at the Welsh outfit.

"I have been approached by clubs. For the moment I am concentrating on Swansea. Me leaving? It is possible," He said.

"I expected to play games, I came here with ambition. I have to think about what has happened. I don't know what will happen.

"At my age, it is difficult to accept spending time on the bench."

Gomis has made just six Premier League starts for the Swans this season.
