Chelsea are closing in on a deal to sign Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado following the player's acceptance of personal terms at Stamford Bridge.
The Colombian winger has been long linked with a switch to the Blues, with manager Jose Mourinho considered to be a huge admirer of his talents.
According to ESPN, the Blues are yet to meet his £26.8m release clause, and will wait on the sale of Andre Schurrle before financing any kind of deal.
It is also understood that the West London outfit will pay a fee of around £23m upfront, with the rest being paid out as performance-related bonuses.
