The Belgium forward has been in good form for the Principality outfit this season, and recently earned his first call up to the national side.

According to Metro, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is believed to have been impressed by the forward's progress, and has personally requested the club to consider the signing of Carrasco in the summer.

Carrasco has scored six goals in 36 appearances for Monaco this season.
