  • The Ivory Coast international has failed to make his mark in the Premier League this season.

With City unlikely to challenge for the league title this season, there had been speculation that the former Barca star could leave the club for a switch to the Serie A with Inter Milan in the summer.

However, The Mail now reveals that Yaya is unlikely to take a pay-cut from his £220,000 weekly wage structure for a switch elsewhere.

Yaya has two years left in his current deal at City.
