Andreas Pereira is reportedly inching closer to committing his long-term future to Manchester United.

The 19-year-old is regarded as one of the most promising young midfielders in the game, and has been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain in recent weeks.

Many have expected Pereira to take a similar route to Paul Pogba and exit Old Trafford in the summer, but The Mail claims that Pereira is ready to extend his stay at Mancunian giants having rejected a contract offer earlier in the campaign.

Pereira made his first league appearance for United this season.
