Man City midfielder James Milner has moved one step closer to a transfer to Liverpool after reportedly telling his agent that he has no interest in a move to Arsenal. Milner's contract will expire in July.
Milner, 29, has been one of City's most important players in recent seasons but the club have decided against offering the player a fresh deal. The England international is now said to be edging ever closer to a transfer to Anfield after Brendan Rodgers reportedly started negotiations with the player's agent. Milner is likely to sign a deal at the end of June.
