Manchester United have reignited their interest in signing long-term target Nicolas Otamendi, The Mail reports.
The Argentine centre-back was linked with a Premier League move last summer, until he opted to join Valencia from Porto instead.
According to The Mail, United will step up their pursuit for the central defender with a summer offer for his services.
However, the Reds Devils would require a minimum fee of £36m in order to tempt Valencia into the player's sale.
Otamendi has scored six goals in 38 appearances for Los Che this season.
