Everton are unlikely to offer a new deal to defender Antolin Alcaraz, according to reports.
The talented centre-back joined the Toffees from Wigan Athletic in the summer of 2013, and has since then been in-and-out of the first-team setup.
Alcaraz has been ofted criticized for his performances under Roberto Martinez, and The Liverpool Echo cites that the Merseyside outfit have opted against offering a contract extension to the Paraguayan, whose existing deal expires in the summer.
Martinez is likely to move in for a new centre-back this summer, as the club currently have Phil Jagielka and John Stones as the only reliable options.
