Liverpool have had an offer rebuffed from Southampton for defender Nathaniel Clyne.
The Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is keen on signing up a new right-back this summer, with Glen Johnson set to exit the club on a free transfer.
According to The Mail, the Reds had made an offer of around £10m for the England international, which was knocked back by the Saints.
It is added that the South Coast outfit are unlikely to accept any bid below the £25m mark for their star defender.
