West Bromwich Albion defender Gareth McAuley has signed a new deal to keep him at the club for next season.
The veteran centre-back was out-of-contract at the end of last season, and many expected him to be released by the Baggies.
However, Baggies manager Tony Pulis has opted to offer a one-year contract extension to the Northern Ireland international, who has been a regular for the Midlands outfit in recent seasons.
The 35-year-old joined the Baggies from Ipswich Town in the summer of 2011.
