Chelsea are keen on signing Atletico Madrid defender Toby Alderweireld in a swap deal which would see Filipe Luis return to his former club.

Luis has had a dreadful spell in West London, and is expected to be offloaded this summer.

On the other hand, Alderweireld impressed during his loan spell at Southampton, where he played in both central defence and holding midfield.

Reports in Spain claim that Mourinho will look to bring in Alderweireld in a straight swap deal with Luis moving the other way.
