Arsenal to bid for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang?

Arsenal are plotting a bid for Gabon international and Borussia Dortmund star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to reports.

The 26-year-old is expected to exit the former Bundesliga champions following Jurgen Klopp's departure.

The Gabon striker was in top form for BVB last season, as notched up 23 goals in all competitions.

According to German sports daily Bild, the Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is keen on signing a new striker this summer and will look to pursue Aubameyang's signature for a fee of around £28.7m.

Aubameyang joined BVB from Saint-Etienne in 2013.
