Barcelona have successfully completed the signing of Turkey international Arda Turan from league rivals Atletico Madrid for an initial fee of £24.1m.
The talented midfielder was expected to make way from Atleti this summer, as he sought a fresh challenge.
Turan has inked a five-year contract at Barca, that includes a clause to allow Atleti buy him back should he fail to impress at Camp Nou.
However, the 28-year-old will not be able to play for the Spanish champions until January, due to the transfer embargo imposed on Barca for breaching rules on the signing of under-age players.
