The England international is expected to join the Citizens in the upcoming week, having seen both clubs agree on an £8m fee.

According to Sky Sports, the 25-year-old has already agreed terms with the Etihad outfit, and will undergo a medical over the weekend.

Delph was one of the stand out players for the West Midlands outfit, who finished 17th in the Premier League last season.
