Fulham want Harry Kewell

03 January 2008 - 13:07

The rumours that Harry Kewell may leave Liverpool are intensifying now that Roy Hodgson has admitted that Fulham would like to make an offer for Australian midfielder Harry Kewell. The player is soon out of contract, but Fulham may pay £2 million to sign the winger now.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • The Aussie midfielder's contract runs out in the summer and Hodgson believes he can tie up a $4 million deal this month and bring Kewell in to his squad.

Kewell has had four injury-hit years at Anfield. In a recent upturn of fortunes, he has featured in 11 of the last 14 games, but his Merseyside days are said to be numbered according to the Daily Mirror.
