Former Barcelona star Hristo Stoichkov has reportedly urged Pedro to rebuff a summer switch to Old Trafford as manager Louis van Gaal is destroying the club's tradition.
The Spain international has been tipped to make his way to the Red Devils before the transfer deadline.
However, Stoichkov who had a bust up with Van Gaal back in 1998, has urged the Spaniard to snub the 'mediocre' manager.
"I would never be under the orders of Van Gaal. He's mediocre. He destroyed Barca and is destroying Man Utd." he told told Onda Cero.
"With what he has done to Valdes he has shown he is a bad person. Hopefully Pedro listens to me and doesn't leave."
