Chelsea to restart John Stones chase in January

Blues will come back for Stones

Chelsea to restart John Stones chase in January

06 September 2015 - 06:18

Chelsea are expected to renew their pursuit for Everton defender John Stones in the New Year, according to reports.

  • Chelsea to move for former Arsenal goalkeeper?
  • Former Chelsea boss to replace Erik ten Hag at Man Utd?

  • The Blues are understood to have had as many as four bids rejected by Everton for the England international.

Toffees boss Roberto Martinez has revealed that the club will not offload their star asset as he seeks to build a successful side at Goodison Park.

However, The Mirror claims that the Premier League holders will reignite their interest in Stones in the January transfer window.

Stones joined the Toffees from Barnsley for £3m in 2013.
