Arsenal could make a winter swoop for young Belgian striker Michy Batshuayi, according to reports.

The 21-year-old had previously attracted interest from the Gunners during his time at Standard Liege.

Metro understands that Gunners boss Arsene Wenger could line up a January move for the young marksman following comments made by the player's agent.

"Marseille fans should not get too attached to players because they could not go on forever at the Velodrome," Agent Vincent Labrune told L'Equipe.

Batshuayi has notched two assists and three goals for his club this term.
