The 19-year-old has been on the radar of the likes of Leicester City and Newcastle United over the summer, but he opted to sign a new long-term deal with the Blues.

The Telegraph now understands that the Baggies boss Tony Pulis is ready to seal a January move for the talented youngster as his new deal has a release clause of just &pound3.5m.

Premier League giants Liverpool and German champions Bayern Munich are also keen on the young winger.
