West Ham United have announced that goalkeeper Adrian has signed a new two-year contract with the club.

  • The 28-year-old was in the final year of his contract at Upton Park, and talks were thought to be ongoing over an extension.

Slaven Bilic's side have now confirmed that the talented shot-stopper has inked a new deal to keep him at East London until the summer of 2017.

"This is a proud moment for myself, my family and friends and I am really happy to have signed my second contract with the club," Adrian told the club's official website.

Adrian joined the Hammers from La Liga side Real Betis in 2013.
