Colombian striker Radamel Falcao will reportedly consider an exit from Chelsea in January after failing to make any significant impact in his loan spell from AS Monaco.
The 29-year-old had a dismal loan stint at Manchester United last season, and many expected him to make a return to parent club Monaco.
However, Blues boss Jose Mourinho was eager to bring the talented striker to Stamford Bridge with the aim to revive his faltering career.
Falcao has since then misfired in front of goal and currently finds himself behind the likes of Diego Costa and Loic Remy in the pecking order.
The Mirror now understands that the former Atleti star is weighing up a possible return to Ligue 1 in the winter transfer window.
It is added that both Chelsea and Monaco would have to mutually agree for the striker to terminate his temporary move in the New Year.
Falcao has scored a solitary league goal for the Blues this campaign, and is now concerned over his spot with the national side.
