Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has insisted that former player Didier Drogba will not return to Stamford Bridge on a temporary deal.

  • The Ivory Coast international, who is regarded as a fans favourite at the Blues, currently plies his trade at MLS side Montreal Impact, where he has scored 12 goals in as many games.

It has been recently rumoured that the experienced striker could return to the Premier League holders on an interim basis during the MLS off-season.

However, under-fire Mourinho has dismissed talks over Drogba's return by insisting that the player is no longer good enough for the Premier League.
