Tottenham Hotspur have become the latest club to be interested in a winter move for Newcastle United forward Ayoze Perez.
The 22-year-old was one of the stand out performers for the Magpies in what was a disastrous 2014/15 campaign.
Perez has been in impressive form for the Tynesiders this term, and this has attracted interest from Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal.
However, The Mail cites that Spurs have been impressed by the player's showing and will launch a £12m for his services in January.
Spanish giants Real Madrid are also understood to be keeping tabs on the former Tenerife man.
