Brazilian defender Adriano has revealed that he has inked a new deal at Barcelona.
The 31-year-old had been constantly linked with a move away from Camp Nou over the summer, but ultimately decided to stay put at the European champions.
Adriano has now confirmed that he has penned a new contract to keep him at the Catalan giants until the summer of 2017.
"Yes, I have renewed my contract. I am a Barca player until June 30, 2017. Whether or not there's an escape clause is private," he told Mundo Deportivo.
The experienced full-back has started just two league games for Barca this term.
