The 20-year-old has been constantly linked with a move to England over the past year.

According to French source Buzzsport, the young midfielder has finally made his mind up to leave Les Parisiens having failed to earn a regular starting place.

It is added that the Gunners and Spurs are among the leading candidates to land the France Under-21 international in the New Year.

Rabiot has made just seven league starts for Les Parisiens this season.
