West Ham tracking Andros Townsend

West Ham have made Andros Townsend their top target for the January transfer window. The Spurs man is believed to have told Mauricio Pochettino that he wants to leave White Hart Lane.

Townsend has slipped down the pecking order at the Lane, behind the likes of Nacer Chadli and Erik Lamela. Despite Spurs wanting to keep the England international, Townsend himself has hinted that he wants to transfer elsewhere in order to make sure he is a part of England's Euro 2016 squad. Townsend has 30 months left on his Spurs contract.
