Liverpool have made contact with Galatasaray over a potential winter deal for goalkeeper Fernando Muslera.
It had been recently speculated that Reds boss Jurgen Klopp could stick with Belgian international Simon Mignolet for the shot-stopper's role.
However, Turkish source Kralspor claims that the Reds have approached the Istanbul side with a £15m offer for Muslera.
It is added that the arrival of the Uruguay international could well see the end of misfit goalkeeper Adam Bogdan.
The 29-year-old has amassed more than 150 appearances for Gala since his switch from Lazio in 2011.
Muslera currently owns the number one role for his national side.
