Atletico Madrid have rebuffed a £15m bid from Manchester United for young midfielder Saul Niguez.
Spanish sources claims that the Basque outfit have dismissed the offer as they are unwilling to offload their prized asset.
Adding to this, Atleti boss Diego Simeone considers the player to be a long-term prospect for a side that aims to challenge for European domination in years to come.
The 21-year-old has represented Spain at all youth levels, and looks set to have a bright future with the senior side.
Niguez has notched seven goals in all competitions for Atleti this season.
