Leeds United owner Massimo Cellino has revealed that Sam Byram will sign a long-term deal with West Ham United this month.
Recent speculation had claimed that the 22-year-old would link up with Everton after Leeds agreed on a £4m fee for his transfer.
However, according to Cellino, the young wing-back has snubbed the Toffees for a move to East London with the Hammers.
"I'm really sorry for Everton because they really acted like gentlemen, but Sam chose West Ham," he told The Guardian.
Byram has netted three goals in 24 appearances for Leeds United this term.
