The Belgian international has recently told his friends that he may seek a fresh challenge away from Stamford Bridge in the summer.

French giants Paris Saint-Germain are said to have expressed interest in the talented attacker, according to BuzzSport, the Blues are willing to accept a fee of around &pound61m for the player's sale.

Hazard has played in his shadow this season, and has yet to register a league goal for the Premier League holders.
