Juventus have made contact with Mahrez's agent ahead of a summer move for his services. The Leicester City winger has been in prime form this season, and this has attracted interest from top European clubs.

According to Calciomercato, the Old Lady have earmarked the Algerian international as the ideal addition to their squad for the summer.

It is added that the Serie A giants have began negotiations with the player's representatives with a view to a summer bid for his signature.

Mahrez has notched 15 goals and 10 assists for the Foxes, who are currently heading the Premier League standings.
