Lazio midfielder Antonio Candreva is keen on linking up with manager Antonio Conte at Chelsea next season.
The Blues are reported to have finalized a summer deal which would see Conte takeover from Guus Hiddink as the next boss.
According to Italian source Tempo, Candreva, 28, is said to be unsettled at Lazio having failed to attain sufficient game-time since the turn of the year.
The report adds that the talented attacker is eager to join Conte at Stamford Bridge for the next campaign.
The Italy international has notched seven goals and two assists for the Capital outfit this season.
