Manchester City will reportedly battle it out with Chelsea for the services of Ajax youngster Riechedly Bazoer at the end of the season.

The 19-year-old has caught the eye of several European clubs through his impressive showing for Ajax this term.

According to The Mirror, Incoming City boss Pep Guardiola will look to speed up the club's pursuit for the central midfielder amid interest from Chelsea.

Bazoer earned his first cap with the Netherlands during the back end of 2015.

The young midfielder has notched over 50 appearances for the Eredivisie giants since his senior debut in 2013.
