The Uruguay international is said to be eyeing a fresh move away from Parc des Princes having been forced to play behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic for the centre-forward role.

Manchester United have been recently linked with a bid for the South American marksman, but according to The Sun, league rivals City and Blues are said to be preparing offers of around &pound30m for the former Napoli man.

The 29-year-old has netted 15 goals in all competitions for Les Parisiens this term.
