Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is doubtful whether Theo Walcott will remain at the club beyond the current campaign.
The England international has struggled to keep up his form this season, and this has left him playing a regular role from the substitutes' bench.
When asked on Walcott's future, Wenger was hesitant to confirm that he will be part of the squad for the 2016/17 season.
"I don't know yet. I'm not in transfer mode at the moment but I think he has gone through a bad spell," he told reporters.
"He has responded very well, because he said, OK, I will work harder and more.' When he comes on now, you see he is motivated and focused. Let's see how well he finishes the season."
Walcott is currently the Gunners' longest serving player having joined them from Southampton in 2006.
