Italian giants AS Roma are keen on acquiring the services of Radamel Falcao once his loan spell expires at Chelsea in the summer.
The Monaco striker joined the Blues on a season-long loan last year despite his struggles with Manchester United during the previous season.
Falcao has since then had a season to forget with injuries hampering his chances of making any kind of impression at Stamford Bridge.
Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport claims that the Giallorossi are eager to pursue a deal for the talented marksman once he returns to his parent club in the off-season.
It is added that the Capital outfit would favour a temporary deal with an obligation for a permanent switch at the end of the 2016/17 season.
Falcao recently returned to the first-team fold following his recovery from a persistent knee problem.
